Your brand in the room

Give your campaign
a place on screen.

A shop window needs a message people can grasp as they pass. A reception gives visitors more time. We plan the visual hierarchy, image proportions and sequence around the space, then help deliver your campaign through a remotely managed display.

Change the message as the offer changes

A seasonal campaign can replace yesterday’s promotion without a visit to the display. Upload the approved files in your account, arrange the sequence and remove offers that have ended.

  • Protected admin access
  • Upload and remove files
  • Simple playlist ordering
  • No USB swaps for content updates
02

Design a sequence, not just a slide

Combine a strong opening image with product details and a clear next step. JPG, PNG and WebP images can sit beside MP4 video and embeddable YouTube clips. Photo timing is adjustable; videos finish before the next item starts.

  • Photos and MP4 uploads
  • YouTube video links
  • Adjustable photo duration
  • Smooth transitions between uploaded media
03

Keep approved content in circulation

When the playlist changes, the open player checks for the new version automatically. An optional check at the end of the sequence lets the next cycle pick up your latest campaign files without leaving fullscreen.

  • Automatic playlist updates
  • Optional refresh after each loop
  • Continuous playback
  • Show the whole image or fill the screen
04

Match the design to the display

Portrait and landscape screens need different compositions. We agree the layout and test playback on the selected TV and browser, including fullscreen, sound and the way images fit the screen.

  • Compatible TV browser playback
  • Fullscreen and remote controls
  • Muted playback by default
  • Setup and handover guidance

Where it fits

Different spaces. Different ways to tell the story.

We adapt the amount of text and the pace of the sequence to the way visitors use the space.

Shops and showrooms

Lead with a product image and one offer people can understand from the window. Longer product stories can follow on screens inside the shop.

Cafés and restaurants

Give menus, daily specials and event announcements a shared visual style. Keep dates and availability easy to read and retire expired promotions.

Receptions and waiting rooms

Use a calmer sequence for welcomes, service introductions and practical information. The content should suit people who may watch several cycles while waiting.

A campaign planned for its real setting.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the screen

Tell us where people will see the display, how far away they stand and how long they are likely to look. Include the TV model and connection details so we can check the setup.

  2. 02

    Prepare the first playlist

We work with your campaign message, photos and brand assets to plan readable slides and a useful sequence. Agree any new artwork or content preparation before production.

  3. 03

    Set up and test

Review the campaign on the intended screen, then test file playback, ordering and remote updates. This is where we check that the composition remains readable at the viewing distance.

  4. 04

    Keep your message current

Use your account to schedule campaign dates and replace materials. Further artwork, hosting and support follow the scope agreed for your display project.

Can the screen follow our campaign identity?

Yes. We can adapt the typography, colours and image composition to the screen format. The quote specifies whether you supply finished assets or the studio prepares new visual materials.

Will it work on my TV?

We check the proposed TV and browser before confirming the project. Fullscreen controls and supported video formats vary; some screens need an external player. The design is prepared for the agreed orientation and resolution.

Does the screen need internet?

The player needs internet to load campaign files and check for changes. It can continue the current playlist during a brief interruption, but stops after 90 seconds without a successful check-in. It resumes when connectivity and a device slot are available.

Do I need to refresh the TV myself?

The open display checks every 30 seconds, with an additional end-of-playlist check available. Your team approves and uploads the campaign materials; the player picks up changes without a manual page refresh.

Can I use YouTube videos?

Embeddable YouTube clips can be part of the sequence, subject to YouTube’s availability, branding and advertising. Use uploaded MP4 files when you want to supply your own finished campaign video.

Is it included in a website plan?

Screen campaigns have their own quote. We agree the number of displays, artwork, playback setup, hosting and support. Existing website customers can use their brand materials as the starting point.

Make the screen part of your next campaign.

Send the campaign brief, screen orientation and TV model. We will separate the visual-content work from playback setup and explain both in the quote.
